Green lights ...
Our house plan was approved by CDC
yesterday. We’re still finalising various variations before the final
meeting with Casaview.
Hi Neil, I like your blog. I have bought land in stage 5. Nothing has changed it seems, they just told me that registration will be may be July now from previously April. Keep up the good work and good luck.
To be very honest, Crownland Development is a bit slow but the quality of work is great. Our original settlement date was supposed to be April/May 2013, but we got the titles first week of November 2013. Having said this, now that they have experience in Edmondson Park and the new stage is pretty straight-forward, the June date sounds realistic.
So you lot would be behind the new business centre which will be ready by the time you move in. Our builder starts work on 7 March.
